Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase but we understand that mistakes can be made when you cannot try the garments on before buying.

 If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items can be returned within 14 days for a store credit or exchange. You can then use this credit to purchase your new item or exchange for another size or style. Credit notes expire within 3 months, and can be used on any item online. 

Please note items purchased on Promotion are not refundable, but can be exchanged for a different size while stocks last.  A standard re-shipping exchange fee will be charged for exchange on items purchased on Promotion.  Items that are purchased on FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned and are not refundable.  On Sale/Final Sale purchases are not set to combine with other Promotion codes.  

Any pre-order cancellations, or returns on pre-ordered items, will result in a store credit valid for 3 months. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on Promotional sales items unless the item is faulty.  Items purchased on FINAL SALE are non refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrectly selected sizes, refunds are only available if there is a manufacturing fault.

Conditions of Return / Exchange

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in original condition.

• Postage to return an item is to be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty, in which case customer must email a photo of the fault requesting a return label.  Items purchased on Promotion are not refundable, however we do offer an exchange depending on stock availability.  Items purchased on Final Sale are not refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.

NOTE: An Australian standard re-shipping fee of $10 will be charged for re-shipping an exchange purchase. A Standard flat rate AU$30 will be charged for re-shipping an exchange on  International purchases.  

• Customer must retain tracking details of their return and advise us via email of Tracking # as we are not liable for any package that goes missing before it reaches us.

Consumer Guarantee 

You may choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description. 

Alternatively you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired within a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase - your receipt.
